By using Tintly, you agree to this User Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and any purchase terms shown in the app or by Google Play.
Age Requirement
Tintly is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
App Purpose
Tintly provides photo color extraction, color comparison, palette generation, photo recoloring, wallpaper creation, color inspiration content, local creation history, optional coins, and optional membership features.
Acceptable Use
- Use the app only for lawful and personal creative purposes.
- Do not misuse the app in a way that infringes the rights of others.
- Do not attempt to interfere with app operation, purchase flows, or security-related behavior.
User Content
Photos and generated outputs used inside Tintly remain the user's responsibility. Users should only use photos, colors, images, and other materials that they have the right to use.
Purchases, Coins, and Subscriptions
Tintly may offer optional coin purchases and subscriptions. Coins may be used for selected export, comparison, or save scenarios. Membership may provide a smoother experience for selected content and save flows during the active subscription period.
Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds may be handled through Google and Google Play. Users should manage subscriptions through their Google account settings.
No Professional Advice
Tintly provides creative and visual tools. The app does not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional design certification advice.
Availability and Changes
We may update, adjust, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app where reasonably necessary. Feature availability may vary by device, operating system, region, or Google Play purchase status.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tintly is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from app use.
