Membership Service
Tintly membership is an optional paid subscription that provides membership benefits during the active subscription period. It is designed to make selected color creation, reading, and saving flows more streamlined.
Membership Benefits
- Smoother saving for recolor results during the active membership period.
- Ad-prompt-free reading for color ideas and color basics content during the active membership period.
- Membership status display inside the app.
- Access to benefits for the selected weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly subscription cycle.
Subscription Plans
Available membership plans may include weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly options. The exact price and billing period are shown before purchase in the app or in the Google Play purchase sheet.
Billing and Renewal
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled according to Google Play rules. Renewal, cancellation, and billing management are handled through the user's Google account settings.
Cancellation
Users may cancel a subscription through Google account subscription settings. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not usually provide an automatic refund for the current active period unless required by applicable law or Google Play policies.
Refunds
Refund requests for Google Play purchases are handled by Google. Users should follow Google's official refund process if they believe a refund is appropriate.
Coins and Membership
Coins and membership are separate paid items. Coins may be used for selected export, comparison, or save scenarios. Membership provides the benefits described above during the active period. Unless clearly stated in the app, membership does not replace coin use for coin-based features.
Fair Use
Membership benefits are for personal, lawful use inside Tintly. We may restrict access if membership features are misused, purchase validation fails, or use violates the User Agreement.
Changes to Membership
We may update membership benefits, plan names, or availability where reasonably necessary. Material purchase terms will be shown before purchase where required.
Relationship to User Agreement
This Membership Agreement forms part of the Tintly User Agreement. If there is a conflict between this Membership Agreement and mandatory Google Play purchase terms, the Google Play terms control for payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund matters.
